By accessing or using IntelliGen ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IntelliGen Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you are using IntelliGen on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users including school administrators, teachers, staff, and parents accessing the platform.

IntelliGen is a cloud-based preschool management platform that provides: Core Features • Student enrollment and profile management • Attendance tracking and reporting • Fee management and online payment processing • Parent communication portal • Curriculum planning and tracking • Transport management and real-time tracking • Staff management and payroll • Progress reports and skill assessments • Digital diary and classroom moments sharing • Push notifications and announcements • Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) scheduling • Holiday and event calendar management The platform is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, accessible via web browsers and mobile applications. Features may vary based on your subscription plan.

Account Creation • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Each school is assigned a unique school account managed by a designated administrator • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account Account Responsibilities • You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account • Schools are responsible for managing user access within their account • Sharing credentials between multiple users is prohibited • You must ensure all users of your account comply with these Terms We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Subscription Model IntelliGen operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. Billing • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.) • Invoices are sent to the registered administrator email Payment Methods • Online payment via GetePay (debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking) • Bank transfer upon request for annual plans Price Changes • We will provide 30 days advance notice of any price changes • Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle after notice • Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing Free Trial • New schools may be eligible for a free trial period as announced • No credit card required during trial • Trial features may differ from paid plans

You agree to use IntelliGen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT: Prohibited Activities • Upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its infrastructure • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm any person • Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the platform • Collect user information without their consent • Use the platform to send unsolicited messages or spam • Impersonate any person, school, or organization • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission Content Standards • All student data entered must be accurate and up to date • Photos uploaded to classroom moments must be appropriate and relevant • Diary entries and communications must be respectful and professional Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Your Data • Schools retain full ownership of all data they input into IntelliGen • We do not claim any ownership rights over school, student, or parent data • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service Our Obligations • We will not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data • We will notify you of any data breaches that may affect your data within 72 hours Data Processing • We process data on behalf of schools as a data processor • Schools act as data controllers and are responsible for ensuring lawful basis for data processing • For details on how we handle data, please refer to our Privacy Policy Export and Deletion • You can export your data at any time through the platform • Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export data before deletion

Platform IP • IntelliGen, its logo, design, features, and software are owned by IntelliGen Technologies • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform • This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the platform Your Content • You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform • You grant us a limited license to display, store, and process your content to provide the service • You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use the content Feedback • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about IntelliGen may be used by us without compensation or attribution to you

Uptime Commitment • We target 99.5% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance • Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance where possible • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events Support • Email support: getintelligen@gmail.com • Phone support: +91 99620 48869 (business hours) • Response time target: Within 24 hours for standard queries Platform Updates • We continuously improve IntelliGen and may add, modify, or remove features • Significant feature removals will be communicated 30 days in advance • We reserve the right to modify the platform to comply with legal requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • IntelliGen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim • We are not responsible for decisions made based on data or reports generated by the platform Schools are responsible for: • Verifying the accuracy of data entered into the platform • Making independent decisions regarding student welfare and education • Complying with applicable educational and data protection laws • Ensuring appropriate parental consents are obtained

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntelliGen Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation • Your infringement of any third-party rights • Any content you upload or transmit through the platform • Your negligence or willful misconduct

By You • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the admin settings or by contacting us • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period (see Refund Policy) By Us • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms • We may terminate accounts with 30 days notice for business reasons • We may immediately terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activity Effect of Termination • Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately • Your data will be retained for 30 days post-termination for export purposes • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of IntelliGen shall be: • First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation • If unresolved within 30 days, submitted to mediation • If mediation fails, resolved through binding arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu For disputes involving amounts less than ₹50,000, either party may initiate proceedings in a small claims court.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by: • Sending an email to the registered administrator • Displaying a prominent notice within the platform • Updating the "Last updated" date above Continued use of IntelliGen after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the platform.
